Time Equities Inc.’s Altamer in Anguilla promotes Moira Masshardt to General Manager Masshardt

SHOAL BAY WEST, ANGUILLA – New York-based real estate investment, asset and property development and management company, Time Actions Inc. (TEI), announced that Altamerthe collection of luxury villas nestled in Shoal Bay West has announced the promotion of Moira Masshardt to the general manager. Masshardt has been part of the Altamer team since July 2021 and served as Resort Manager in his previous role.

Native Anguillan Masshardt studied in the UK and returned to Anguilla in 2016 where she worked as Wines Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Tropical Distributors LTD, then became Sales and Events Manager at Zemi Beach House. Masshardt joined Altamer in July 2021 where she helped assess, improve and develop clear systems and procedures for effective property management, supported all aspects of marketing and sales, facilitated property viewings, sales and familiarization trips, provided clear coordination of events on the property, in addition to more notable tasks that resulted in a high overall guest experience.
